We seek to recruit experienced and self-motivated individuals as a waiters and waitresses for one of our esteemed clients.
Job requirements and qualifications
- A MINIMUM of a form 4 certificate
- Marketing experience in the industry will be an added advantage
- Fluent in both English and Swahili languages (verbal and written)
- Good customer service
- Thorough and able to pay attention to details
- AT LEAST one year experience in hotel industry
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Avid listener with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent cleaning and hygiene maintenance
Key roles and responsibilities
- Welcoming customers
- Serving customers’ food and drinks
- Cleaning tables
- Arranging of tables and chairs
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their meals and process orders for additional courses if necessary
