Our client is in the manufacturing industry and wishes to recruit a competent committed individual for the position of a manager.

  • Managing the work and performance of team members.
  • Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge.

VACANCY FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Our client is in the manufacturing industry and wishes to recruit a competent committed individual for the position of sales representatives.

Job requirements

The candidate must possess the following set of requirements;

  • AT LEAST 1 year of experience as a sales representative.
  • AT LEAST a certificate in K.C.S.E
  • MUST demonstrate good negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Swahili language (written and spoken).
  • A quick learner who is self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Has a good ability to multitask.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Generating leads on new sales.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Performing any other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary.

 

VACANCY FOR A HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) ASSISTANT

Our client is in consulting industry and wishes to recruit a competent committed individual for the position of a HR assistant.

Job requirements

The candidate must possess the following set of requirements;

  • AT LEAST two years of experience in a busy human resource department.
  • AT LEAST a diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Proficient in both English and Swahili language (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A quick learner who is self-motivated with acumen to following instructions.
  • Has a good ability to multitask.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
