BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS
We seek to recruit experienced and self-motivated individuals as business development officers.
The individuals are expected to identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed goals.
Job requirements and qualifications
The candidates must demonstrate and possess the following skills and qualifications;
- ATLEAST a diploma in marketing and/or business administration
- ATLEAST 25 years of age
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the English language both written and spoken
- Excellent critical and analytical skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Good negotiation and networking skills
- Passionate, confident, energetic and proactive
Key roles and responsibilities
- Support the firm’s marketing department in the creation and execution of the marketing strategic plans
- Identify new and follow-up business opportunities for the firm
- Manage the pitch/proposal-development process from start to finish
- Perform other business development duties as instructed
The selected candidate should be able to travel when necessary to meet with clients and/or stakeholders and build business relationships.
